夜と朝はますます冷えてきましたね
夜、道を歩く人の服装もトレーナが目立つようになってるのを見ると、あぁ～そろそろ冬なんだなぁ～と実感します
かりゆしウェアーを着けている人も少なくなったように感じます
汗かきで暑がりの私ですが、そろそろかりゆしウェアーからシャツに変えようと思っているので
新しいシャツとネクタイを買いに行こうと考え中です
そんな寒くなりかけの今日この頃に昨日はジスタスの岩盤浴に行ってきました
ジスタスにある岩盤浴「チムジルバン」
最近ジスタスによく行く私です

仕事を終えて、すぐに向かいたっぷりと汗をかいてきました
